It’s time to hit the woods to seek out springtime delicacies! This is what springtime Wisconsin foraging looks like!

“Almost peak season for wild ramps (leeks) and ostrich (fiddle head) ferns 🌿

I use the ramps in sandwiches and salads like onion, make them into pesto or sautéed with anything. Usually sauté the fiddle heads as well and eat them as a side dish. 😋
